A deliberately personal practice.
Appledore is a family-run advisory firm on the New Hampshire seacoast. We work with owners of privately held companies through the families who hold them, usually when a business is being sold, restructured, or handed to the next generation.
Most of our engagements come to us from previous relationships with family offices and privately held businesses. We accept one or two at a time, and our whole firm is involved in each study from the first conversation through closing.
We take pride in our hands-on engagement model. We are only constrained by the small number of projects we take on simultaneously— not by the scope of the work we do, or the scale of our clients and outcomes.
